Rough-In Wiring

The wiring behind your walls decides how the house lives for the next 50 years. We rough in new construction homes and additions across the Lima area with clean, code-compliant runs, properly sized circuits, and panels labeled so any electrician after us knows exactly what's what. Builders call us back because our work passes inspection the first time.

Level 2 · Home charging

EV Charger Installation

Charge overnight in your own garage. We install Level 2 (240V) home EV chargers throughout Lima and Allen County for every EV brand — dedicated circuit, load calculation, permit, and inspection included. If your panel needs an upgrade to handle it, we'll tell you up front and quote it honestly.

Solar · Battery storage

Solar + Battery Systems

Generate your own power and keep the lights on when the grid goes down. We design and install residential solar panel systems and battery storage for homes in Lima and the surrounding counties — rooftop or ground mount, sized to your actual usage, wired for whole-home or critical-loads backup, and walked through with you so you understand every incentive you qualify for.

How it works

Simple process. No surprises.

Step 1

Walk the job

Call or send us your plans. We come out, look at the actual site, and talk through what you need — not what pads the invoice.

Step 2

Straight quote

You get a written estimate with the scope spelled out. The price we quote is the price you pay unless the scope changes — and you approve that first.

Step 3

Wire it right

We pull permits, do the work clean, pass inspection, and label everything. Then we walk the finished job with you before we call it done.

Common questions

Straight answers.

Do you handle permits and inspections in Lima and Allen County?

Yes. We pull the electrical permit, schedule the inspection, and don't consider the job done until it passes. That's included in every quote — rough-in, solar, or EV charger.

How much does a Level 2 EV charger installation cost?

It depends on the distance from your panel to the garage and whether your panel has capacity for a new 240V circuit. After a quick look at your setup, we give you one written price — charger circuit, permit, and inspection included. If a panel upgrade is needed, we'll quote that separately so you can see exactly what you're paying for.

Does solar make sense in northwest Ohio?

Yes — Ohio gets plenty of usable sun, and what matters most is your electric usage, your roof or land, and your utility's rates. We size systems from your actual bills, not a sales script, and we'll tell you honestly if the numbers don't work for your situation.

Can you wire my new house so it's ready for solar and an EV charger later?

That's the smartest time to do it. During rough-in we can run the conduit, size the panel, and reserve breaker space so adding solar or a charger later is a fraction of the cost of retrofitting. Ask about it when we quote your rough-in.

Do you install battery backup without solar?

Yes. Battery storage can be installed on its own for outage protection, or paired with solar to charge from your own production. We'll walk you through both options and what each covers during an outage.
